High Yield Investment Program: A Review.
Some days ago, I got a new e-mail from someone that offers me an investment program by paying a sum of money to a particular account. This investment program offers a fairly high interest per month, about 75% per month. Wow, I think this is very promising investment program to be followed. I look for some informations about the program through the forums and also from google.
Finally, I found it. This program called as High Yield Investment Programs or HYIP. I also received information that this program can provide such high interest rates around 10% – 150% per month, because they rotate their money in other investment types such as forex trading, stock exchange, sports betting or even in other HYIPs.
Payment system that is used by these HYIPs is different. They do not use commonly known payment processor like Paypal or AlertPay. They use an online payment system or e-currency such as e-gold, Perfect Money, cgold or Liberty Reserve (LR). These e-currency is very easy to use, both in terms of registration, purchase or withdrawal.
How its prospects? Are these HYIP programs are good enough to follow? Whoa, we must learn it first. They use a scheme called the Ponzi scheme. This scheme was first recognized by Charles Ponzi, an Italian American who lived in 1900s. He promised returns of 50% within 45 days to purchase postal reply coupons. He can do that because he paid the previous member with money raised from new members. And so on until one day there is no member who can be paid again and later became scam. He sent to prison because of this.
An HYIP programs that exist on the internet today embrace the system introduced by this Ponzi, if the money gained from their members are not used to be reinvested into other places, as I mentioned above, it is likely that this program will quickly become a scam.
So, what is the conclusion:
HYIP program has high possibility to become scam, so if you want to invest in this high yield investment program then you should always be prepared to lose your money. Just like any gamble games. Today you get lucky in large numbers, but the other days you can lose large sums of money as well.
You should do research about HYIP programs are you going to follow with quite intense. Find out how far they have been operating and how they pay their members lately.

If only the banks offered high yields to their customers instead of just their investors. We’d be so much happier.
