Best Browser for Android

| July 10, 2011

I tried to do research and analyze some of the browser for Android. I did it because I felt less satisfied with the default browser on my android gadget. From some browsers I’ve tried, I made a list of 5 best browser for Android. Of course this is based on my opinion and may differ from the opinions of others.

These are the 5 best browser for android version by me:

1.Dolphin Browser HD
Dolphin Browser comes with some great features that make it very complete and very powerful, like Tabs, Gestures, Add-ons, Bookmark, save page and etc. I myself really like the gesture feature, which I can navigate by using my finger gestures only. You can also maintain the privacy and security by using private mode feature, which will be able to delete all your history online. You can also create a different look from theme pack features provided.
Developer: Dolphin Browser
File size: 2.3 MB

2.Opera Mini Web browser
This browser is very familiar by gadget users, because it is faster than the standard version. This is because Opera Mini uses a separate server which will compress the data so that web pages will be able to open more quickly. You can save your internet package quota because opera mini only use 10% data when opening a page normally. You can also download various games and free apps from the Opera Mobile Store in the Opera Mini Speed dial. Additionally you can synchronise bookmarks with a PC via Opera Link.
Developer: Opera Software ASA
File size: 734 KB

3.Skyfire Web Browser
This browser for Android has the ability to play flash files on web pages. Although your gadgets still use the Android OS 2.1 that is not support flash, but with Skyfire you can play it. (Although not all flash files can support). There are also some features that are within the toolbar. If you are a facebook addict, there is Facebook QuickView feature that will make facebook page is always open and running in the background system. So you can access the page quickly.
Developer: Skyfire
File Size: 1.7 MB

4.Boat Browser Mini
This browser for android may still seem strange and new for some people, because not many people who knew it. You can not underestimate it because of Boat Mini browser is very fast in the opening pages of the website. The interface is simple and some icons have a large enough size so it is easy to navigate, especially for the narrow gadget screen. This browser also has features such as Opera Mini speed dial, it’s just Boat features will create a shortcut from the web page that will be opened on the home page. You can also hide features zoom in / zoom out so it looks neater.
Developer: Boat Browser
File Size: 1.2 MB

5.Firefox
This browser for android definitely famous for evryone and it has add-on features that can be customized according to your needs. The Features are not much different from the PC version. You can determine the default search engine on the Awesome Bar. Password manager feature is very useful to use, so you do not have to write the password again each time you log into the website page. You can use Forget password feature so that not all the passwords remembered by a website. The Disadvantages of this browser on their large size and its compatibility with the older gadget.
Developer: Mozilla
File size: 14 MB

Those browsers above is my best browser for android version of me. You can add more browser for android according to your version.
